According to the foundation, as reported by the Israeli Army Radio and translated by SadaNews, the incident occurred at Distribution Center No. 3 on the Morag Axis Road.
It was mentioned that the incident took place due to the throwing of two hand grenades by two individuals believed to be from "Hamas," noting that no injuries were reported among Gaza residents or Palestinian workers.
Meanwhile, Soroka Hospital stated that it received the two injured individuals and that their condition is stable.
Furthermore, the Israeli army has opened an investigation into the incident.
