Palestine's Quds Bank Launches "Zaytouna" the First Intelligent Banking Chatbot

SadaNews - Quds Bank has launched the "Zaytouna" service, the first intelligent banking chatbot powered by artificial intelligence technologies in Palestine, in a qualitative step that enhances its digital leadership in the Palestinian banking sector and reaffirms its commitment to providing an advanced and secure banking experience around the clock.

"Zaytouna" was developed in collaboration with Sabri Computer Systems, a company specializing in artificial intelligence solutions and the development of financial chatbots. The design and development of the service were fully compliant with the highest banking compliance and information security standards, ensuring a reliable and seamless interactive digital experience for the bank's customers.
