Ministry of Finance: Gas is available in sufficient quantities and there is no need for storage

SadaNews Economy - The Ministry of Finance - The General Petroleum Authority has stated that in order to ensure the availability of gas for everyone, we would like to assure you that gas quantities are available in the markets and exceed the normal rate.

It continued: "During the past week, 600 tons were pumped daily, which is equivalent to filling 50,000 gas cylinders daily. These quantities are sufficient to meet everyone's needs if we adhere to the usual consumption."

It said: "Remember: excessive storage = depriving others."

It added: "We urge you not to engage in unjustified storage, to ensure that every citizen receives their fair share."

It continued: "Do not allow exploitation! If you encounter any attempt to raise prices above the official price or manipulate weight, report immediately to the consumer protection hotline at 129."
