Zelensky: We Will Build a Large Drone Factory in America

SadaNews - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that cooperation between Kyiv and Washington in the field of drones will include establishing a factory in the United States for producing these drones using advanced Ukrainian technology.

Zelensky added in an interview with American right-wing blogger Laura Loomer on Friday that Ukraine wishes to move quickly in implementing a preliminary agreement regarding drones that was reached with Washington.

Zelensky noted that drone technology is undergoing constant changes, as Ukrainian drones are now capable of flying distances exceeding three thousand kilometers, with expectations that they will be able to cover even longer distances.

Zelensky said in the interview published on the X platform, "Important technology. This is what we have. America also has great technology. Our agreement regarding drones is mutually beneficial." He added, "We will build a large factory in the United States. We want to have production lines."

In Washington, an informed source mentioned that the details of the agreement are still being drafted ahead of Zelensky's talks with U.S. President Donald Trump, which a White House official said will take place on Tuesday.
