After the Recent American Attack.. Iran Warns Against Using the Territories of Regional Countries Against It
SadaNews - The Iranian Foreign Ministry confirmed in a press statement that all countries in the region must bear their responsibilities in preventing their territories from being used by the American military to carry out military operations against Iran. It emphasized that any leniency in this regard will be considered participation in aggression.
The statement clarified that the American regime has launched attacks on areas in the south of the country under the pretext of downing an Apache helicopter in the Strait of Hormuz, which Tehran described as an unjustified aggression that threatens the security and stability of the region.
It noted that Iranian forces have struck American bases in the region, considering it an exercise of their natural right to self-defense under international law. It added that these operations are part of a legitimate response to any aggression targeting Iranian territories or interests.
The Iranian Foreign Ministry concluded its statement by affirming that Iran will not hesitate to defend itself and will target any bases or facilities used to carry out attacks against it, pointing out that the response will be decisive and direct against any new aggression.
