Hebrew Channel: Israel Digs Trench on Gaza Strip Border
Translation by SadaNews - The Hebrew-speaking channel i24news reported on Wednesday evening that the Israeli army has begun digging a trench along the Yellow Line border with the Gaza Strip.
The channel indicated, as translated by SadaNews, that the operation started in the northern and southern parts of the strip, specifically extending several kilometers.
It pointed out that the trench was dug several meters deep with the aim of preventing residents of Gaza and vehicles from crossing into Israeli territory.
It noted that at least one and a half kilometers of the trench have been dug in the southern part of the strip, with additional sections in the north, mentioning that artificial hills have been created at other points.
The BBC channel, via satellite, revealed the establishment of new sites and barriers by Israel at several locations along the Yellow Line.
