30 Hours After His Release.. Administrative Detention Imposed on Young Man Mahmoud Jawabra from Um al-Fahm

SadaNews - The occupation police and the General Security Service (Shin Bet) arrested young Mahmoud Muhammad Jawabra (26 years old) from his family's home in Um al-Fahm early Wednesday morning.

 

Investigators informed lawyer Khalid Muhajna, who is representing young Jawabra, that an administrative detention order was imposed by the decision of the Israeli Defense Minister, Israel Katz, following his release about 30 hours ago.

Lawyer Muhajna said, "Unfortunately, the joy did not last long... after the Haifa Peace Court released young Mahmoud Muhammad Jawabra from Um al-Fahm last Monday, who had been detained two weeks ago on security charges that were dismissed before the court, he returned to the warmth and freedom of his family. However, this morning, the Israeli intelligence and police stormed his home and abducted him again, this time with an administrative detention order for two and a half months signed directly by the Minister of Security."
