The Arab Islamic Bank Concludes the Comprehensive Banking Program for a Batch of New Employees

SadaNews - The Arab Islamic Bank has concluded a comprehensive banking training program aimed at qualifying a batch of new employees in the head office and branches, as part of its strategy aimed at investing in human capital and building qualified banking staff capable of providing outstanding banking services that enhance customer experience and strengthen the bank's competitiveness in the market.

The program included (92) hours of intensive training, comprising a comprehensive system of banking knowledge, with a special focus on Islamic banking services and products, their legal foundations and jurisprudential establishment, along with legal aspects, customer service skills, and banking marketing. (23) employees participated in the program, where the courses were conducted by a distinguished group of management professionals at the bank, ensuring the transfer of practical experiences and strengthening the integration between theoretical and applied aspects.

Mr. Hani Nasser, the General Manager of the bank, emphasized that training and technical and administrative development programs represent a strategic pillar in the bank's journey towards excellence and sustainability, noting that investing in human capital is a priority for senior management as it is the true foundation for enhancing competitive ability and establishing trust in the market. He added that the bank is keen on adopting a comprehensive training approach that keeps pace with the rapid developments in the Islamic banking sector, and is directly linked to expansion plans and improving service quality, ensuring the preparation of banking staff with specialized knowledge, professional competence, and commitment to institutional values.

For his part, Mr. Rateb Atiyani, Director of Human Resources, clarified that the program was designed according to a systematic training framework that combines the theoretical and practical sides, covering various banking and technical aspects related to the work environment at the bank. He pointed out that management relies on a continuous annual training plan aimed at qualifying new employees and raising the efficiency of existing staff, through specialized programs that contribute to developing professional skills, enhancing the culture of commitment and compliance, and establishing the principles of modern Islamic banking in daily performance, positively reflecting on service quality and customer experience, and supporting the path of growth and institutional excellence.
