The Death Toll in Gaza Rises to 72,599
SadaNews - The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced today, Wednesday, that the death toll from the Israeli occupation's aggression on the Strip has risen to 72,599 martyrs, and 172,411 injured, since the aggression began on October 7, 2023.
It clarified that hospitals in Gaza received 5 martyrs and 7 injuries in the past 24 hours.
It indicated that the total number of martyrs since the ceasefire on October 11 has risen to 823, and the total number of injuries to 2,308, while 763 bodies have been recovered from under the rubble.
It stated that there are still a number of victims under the rubble and in the streets, as rescue and ambulance crews have been unable to reach them up to this moment.
