Presidency Reaffirms Its Firm Stance Against Targeting Civilians and Rejects All Forms of Violence
SadaNews - The Palestinian Presidency has reaffirmed its firm stance against any targeting of Palestinian and Israeli civilians, and rejects all forms of violence and terrorism regardless of its source.
The Presidency stressed that security and stability in the region will not be achieved without ending the occupation, stopping acts of genocide in the Gaza Strip, and the terrorism of settlers in the West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem.
It emphasized that the realization of the Palestinian people's legitimate rights to an independent and sovereign state with East Jerusalem as its capital, and achieving security and peace for all, is what will end the cycle of violence in the region.
This statement came in light of what happened today in occupied Jerusalem.
