SadaNews Translation - The Israeli police announced on Wednesday evening that they had detained the principal of an educational institution in the Wadi al-Joz neighborhood in occupied East Jerusalem after finding a keffiyeh, a Palestinian flag, and a curriculum affiliated with the Palestinian Authority in the school.

According to a statement from the Israeli police, as translated by SadaNews, a force of its officers raided the educational institution to promote governance and sovereignty and to prevent incitement, as stated in the statement.

The Israeli police claimed that the operation was carried out based on information received indicating that inciting educational materials from the Palestinian Authority’s curriculum were being used.
