Mustafa Follows Up on the Progress of the Job Review Process in Government Departments
SadaNews - On Wednesday, Prime Minister Dr. Muhammad Mustafa discussed in his office in Ramallah with several ministers and heads of governmental bodies, the progress of the job review process and what has been accomplished by the targeted government departments following the launch of the first phase of the job review process, which was approved by the Cabinet in its meeting held on 30/9/2025. This process includes the ministries of finance, health, education and higher education, local governance, and the electricity and water authorities, in coordination and cooperation with the Executive Office for Development and Reform.
The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of the job review process to enhance the efficiency of government departments and ensure the optimal use of financial, human, and technological resources, thereby achieving alignment between the organizational structures and functions in the departments and the government priorities and policies.
Mustafa stressed that the job review process comes as a fundamental step to strengthen the work of the government sector and improve the quality of its services, in line with national priorities, and enhance the quality of government services. He confirmed that the process will be carried out according to a clear methodology that ensures its outputs can be built upon to develop government performance.
Heads of the relevant government departments reviewed the steps that have been accomplished in the process and what is being worked on within the methodology that has been followed, including the scope of the review, its objectives, the timeline, and the reports that will result from it.
