SadaNews - An elderly Lebanese woman (80 years old) was martyred on Thursday evening as a result of Israeli shelling targeting a site in southern Lebanon.
According to the Lebanese National News Agency, the elderly woman was martyred due to shelling that targeted the town of Arab Salim in the region of Iqlim al-Tuffah.
The elderly woman was in a room near the municipality of Arab Salim and her primary school.
Local sources reported that the shelling struck a gathering of bulldozers and excavators around the municipal building in the town of Arab Salim.
Meanwhile, the Israeli army claimed it attacked a weapons depot belonging to Hezbollah.
Lebanese sources pointed out that a drone dropped a bomb in the Marjayoun plain, west of Mount Homs, causing a fire.
