Sheikh Welcomes European Efforts to Release Palestinian Clearance Funds
SadaNews - The Vice President of the State of Palestine, Hussain Sheikh, welcomed the European efforts aimed at releasing the Palestinian clearance funds that are held by the Israeli occupation government.
Sheikh praised, in a statement today, Wednesday, the efforts made to resolve this issue in light of the severe financial and economic crisis facing the State of Palestine.
He emphasized that releasing these funds is an urgent necessity to alleviate the burdens on our national institutions and enable them to continue providing essential services to our people, and to strengthen the resilience of citizens in facing current challenges.
