Palestinian Islamic Bank Participates in National Cleanliness Day Activities in Cooperation with Ramallah Municipality

SadaNews - Employees of the Palestinian Islamic Bank participated in the activities of National Cleanliness Day for the year 2026 in cooperation with the Ramallah Municipality. The bank's employees volunteered to clean public areas in the Al-Tireh neighborhood of Ramallah, alongside dozens of volunteers from other private sector institutions partnering with the municipality.

Dr. Imad Al-Saadi, General Manager of the Palestinian Islamic Bank, stated that this participation is part of the bank's annual volunteer work program, which includes various governorates of the homeland, in line with the sustainable corporate social responsibility policy and the commitment to promote a culture of volunteerism among employees due to its significance in enhancing their belonging to their community.

Al-Saadi added: "We take pride in being with our partners at the Ramallah Municipality in this volunteer activity, believing that partnership with other sectors contributes to enhancing the impact of the interventions and contributions made to serve the community. Moreover, maintaining the cleanliness of public places reinforces proper positive values and contributes to creating a healthy, safe, and beautiful environment.

Al-Saadi confirmed that this activity is part of a series of volunteer activities that the bank will implement in the coming period in partnership with various entities in different governorates of the homeland, in accordance with the ongoing directions of the bank's board of directors to intensify the bank's community contributions and volunteer activities.

National Cleanliness Day aims to emphasize the pivotal role of cleanliness in improving the quality of life within Palestinian communities by raising awareness, enhancing sound practices, and adhering to applicable regulations.
