Capital Market Authority Grants Global Securities Company Operating License to Engage in Foreign Exchange Trading
SadaNews - The Capital Market Authority announced the granting of an operating license to Global Securities Company to conduct business in non-regulated foreign exchanges (Forex), following the company's completion of all necessary technical and legal requirements, including the requirements for connecting to the Central Depository System of the Authority. This comes after the General Directorate of Financial Markets at the Authority examined the readiness of the electronic systems and ensured compliance with the Authority's requirements and instructions. This brings the total number of companies licensed by the Authority to engage in non-regulated foreign exchange trading (Forex) to four companies.
