Netanyahu Will Not Travel to the United States.. His Office Reveals the Reason

Graham has held the South Carolina Senate seat since 2003 and has been a prominent figure in the Republican Party, known for his hardline positions on foreign policy and defense, as well as his close alliance with U.S. President Donald Trump in recent years.

An Israeli official told Reuters on Wednesday that Netanyahu was scheduled to head to the United States on Saturday.

The official added that Netanyahu wishes to meet with U.S. President Donald Trump, but it is still unclear whether this will take place.

Netanyahu's office had sought to arrange a meeting with Trump last week, following their last encounter on February 11 in the White House Situation Room.

Among the reasons for Netanyahu's desire to meet with Trump quickly is the effort to restore trust that has been damaged since the war with Iran, as statements from Trump’s close circle have increased, suggesting that Netanyahu’s assessments were incorrect.
