New York Times: Iran May Adopt New Tactics If War Resumes
SadaNews - The New York Times reported that Iranian officials may resort to adopting new tactics if hostilities resume in the region. The analysis indicates that Iran is considering bolder options to enhance its military and political influence.
In this context, the report clarified that Iran may seek to impose control over the Bab el-Mandeb Strait, one of the world's most important strategic maritime passages, which could threaten international trade and complicate the regional security landscape.
The newspaper also added that any new round of fighting could see the launch of dozens or even hundreds of rockets daily, representing a significant escalation compared to previous operations, and reflecting Tehran's readiness to use its missile capabilities intensively.
This analysis reflects growing concerns that any new confrontation could be more comprehensive and dangerous, with direct repercussions on both regional and international security.
