Turkey: We See No Obstacle for Iran and America to Find Common Ground Through Negotiations

SadaNews - Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said on Monday that Ankara believes there is nothing preventing the United States and Iran from reaching common ground through negotiations, adding that Ankara's priority is to contribute to Pakistani mediation efforts and maintain the ceasefire.

Fidan further stated at a press conference held in Berlin that Turkey wants to confirm that both Iran and the United States recognize the risks of resuming conflict between them.

He pointed out that he sees no fundamental barriers to an agreement between Washington and Tehran on terms related to the Iranian nuclear program, but other issues will influence this decision.
