Evacuation of 152 Patients and Injured Individuals via Rafah Border Crossing
SadaNews - The Palestinian Red Crescent Society announced today, Sunday, the evacuation of 152 travelers, including patients and injured individuals, via the Rafah border crossing, coordinated with the World Health Organization and in collaboration with the relevant authorities.
The Society explained that its ambulances undertook the transportation of the travelers, ensuring their safe arrival as part of ongoing efforts to facilitate the travel of patients, the injured, and their companions, enabling them to receive treatment outside the Gaza Strip.
The teams also worked on receiving the travelers and gathering them at the medical rehabilitation hospital run by the Society in Khan Younis city, in preparation for completing the necessary procedures and transferring them to the crossing according to the established arrangements.
