Occupation Launches Aggression on Deir Al-Ghusun: Arrests and Conversion of a House into a Military Barracks
SadaNews - Israeli occupation forces launched a wide-ranging aggression this morning, Sunday, in the town of Deir Al-Ghusun, north of Tulkarm. This included a heavy presence of military vehicles and infantry units in various neighborhoods and streets of the town.
Local sources reported that the occupation forces carried out a large-scale campaign of arrests, targeting dozens of citizens following raids on their homes, searching them, and vandalizing their contents, amidst the firing of sound grenades. The sources added that the occupation forces seized the home of citizen Jamil Al-‘Amar and converted it into a military barracks and a field interrogation center, after forcing its residents to evacuate.
In a related context, the Directorate of Education and Higher Education announced the suspension of school attendance in the town's schools for today, due to the current situation, which continues to unfold at the time of preparing this news.
