The Occupation Launches a Widespread Arrest Campaign in the West Bank
SadaNews - Israeli occupation forces launched a widespread assault on Saturday, conducting mass arrests in various areas of the West Bank.
The occupation forces arrested 23 citizens from the town of Izun, east of Qalqilya, after storming the town and carrying out extensive raids, accompanied by a complete closure of all entrances and exits to the town.
Local sources reported that a large number of occupation troops raided various neighborhoods in the town, stormed several homes, and conducted extensive searches, which included the destruction of household contents and the detention and questioning of several citizens on-site, in addition to the arrest of a number of them.
Meanwhile, the occupation forces raided the al-Far'a camp south of Tubas.
Local sources indicated that the occupation forces stormed the camp with several military patrols and deployed troops inside, while they began to raid several homes of citizens and searched them.
A young man was injured due to an assault by the occupation forces after they stormed his home during the raid.
The occupation forces also stormed the city of Nablus, raiding the Lulu Building on Mu'ta Street and searched one of the homes there, without any arrests being reported.
Other forces raided various areas of the West Bank.
