The minister emphasized the importance of strengthening the partnership with the private sector, describing it as a fundamental pillar for the advancement of vital sectors. He pointed out that the ministry relies on clear standards and criteria to regulate the import of heavy equipment, ensuring public safety and equipment quality, and enhancing market stability.

He explained that the ministry has started a comprehensive review of the legislation governing the sector, aiming to update it in line with global developments and to reorganize the relationship with partners on the basis of integration and balance to serve the public interest.
