Hamas Congratulates Fatah on the Success of Its Eighth Conference and Calls for Comprehensive National Dialogue
SadaNews - On Monday evening, the "Hamas" movement extended its congratulations to the "Fatah" movement on the successful convening of its eighth conference, hoping that the outcomes of the conference will contribute to strengthening the Palestinian national situation and serving the interests of the Palestinians during this critical and dangerous phase.
Hamas affirmed in its statement the importance of restoring and enhancing Palestinian national unity among the components of the Palestinian people, and organizing the internal affairs based on true national partnership, which enables confronting the escalating challenges targeting their existence, rights, and national constants.
It called for the initiation of a comprehensive national dialogue among different Palestinian forces and factions, in order to agree on a unified national vision and to organize national priorities based on protecting the rights of the Palestinian people and confronting settlement activities and the policies of displacement and ethnic cleansing practiced by the occupation, and enhancing the steadfastness of citizens in the face of the occupation and its ongoing aggression, according to the statement.
It emphasized that the current stage requires the highest levels of national responsibility, prioritizing the language of dialogue and consensus, and collective action to protect the Palestinian national project, safeguard the unity of our people, and enhance their resilience in all places of their presence, according to the statement.
