The Largest Real Estate Company 'Aldar Properties' Bets on Affordable Homes and Private Financing
SadaNews - The largest real estate development company in Abu Dhabi has mainly focused on building luxury homes over the past two decades.
However, after the company gained significant cash liquidity following a long period of prosperity, "Aldar Properties" has begun to shift its attention towards affordable housing, low-cost schools, and even the establishment of a private financing fund.
In an interview, CEO Talal Al Dhiyabi stated that Aldar, which is predominantly controlled by major stakeholders in Abu Dhabi, is offering homes priced between 500,000 dirhams and 3 million dirhams ($136,000 - $816,000) in an attempt to meet the needs of various income groups.
