"Student Loans" Announces the Start of Accepting Loan Applications for the First Semester of 2025-2026

SadaNews - The Student Loan Fund for Higher Education Institutions in Palestine announced today, Sunday, the start of receiving applications for educational loans for the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year, for bachelor and diploma students in Palestinian higher education institutions.

The fund clarified in a statement that the application submission period starts from today, 07/09/2025, until Thursday, 23/10/2025.

It pointed out that the application submission mechanism for students who have not applied for a loan or have submitted applications that have not been verified for the first semester and/or the second semester of 2024/2025 is through logging into their accounts on the fund's electronic services website via the link http://eservices.iqrad.edu.ps and entering the loan application data electronically and ensuring it is saved. Then, students must submit all required documents and proof to the Deanship of Student Affairs at their educational institution, where a staff member will review the applications directly, and the student will be given a proof of application submission and verification form (if the student does not complete this step, the application is considered incomplete and will not be considered).

The fund indicated that students who do not have an account on the fund's website must create a new subscription before proceeding with the aforementioned steps, noting that assistance in this regard can be obtained through the link:

Regarding students who applied for a loan and had their applications verified, they must log into their accounts on the fund's electronic services website http://eservices.iqrad.edu.ps and click on the "Renew Loan Application" option to confirm their desire to apply for this semester without needing to revert to the Student Affairs Department, nor submit new documents.

It is required that applicants for a loan be regular students in one of the higher education institutions in Palestine (bachelor and diploma students) in financial need, must have successfully passed at least one academic semester, and must not have a cumulative average lower than 65% for bachelor students, and 60% for diploma students according to the percentage system, and not less than (2) on the points system.

Also, the student must register for at least 12 credit hours in the first semester of 2025-2026.

It is noted that in case the student loses their username and/or password, they must refer to the Student Affairs Department at their educational institution or visit the link https://eservices.iqrad.edu.ps/Forget.

It is mentioned that the fees for parallel education students are calculated according to the regular fees and not according to the parallel study prices, noting that the percentage of the loan provided by the fund does not exceed 75% of the tuition fees; which does not exceed the amount of (800) Jordanian Dinars, in any case for one student in one semester.
