The Death Toll in the Gaza Strip Rises to 72,797

SadaNews: The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced today, Monday, that the death toll from the Israeli occupation's aggression on the region has risen to 72,797 martyrs and 172,821 injured since the onset of the aggression on October 7, 2023.

It reported that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received 6 martyrs in the past twenty-four hours, including one martyr who succumbed to his injuries and 5 new martyrs, along with 8 injuries.

It noted that the total number of martyrs since the ceasefire on October 11 has risen to 904, with the total injuries reaching 2,713, while 777 bodies have been recovered.

It clarified that several victims remain buried under the rubble and in the streets, as rescue and ambulance teams have been unable to reach them until now.
