Russia: Drones Heading to Moscow and Neighboring Yaroslavl Region Shot Down

SadaNews - The Russian authorities announced via the Telegram app that air defenses repelled drone attacks over the capital, Moscow, and the nearby Yaroslavl region in the early hours of this Friday morning.

Mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin, stated via Telegram that four drones heading towards Moscow were shot down, and emergency services were deployed in the area, without providing further details. Moscow and the Yaroslavl region, located to the northeast of the capital, were also targeted by drone attacks earlier this week, and there is energy infrastructure in both areas.
