Young man injured in Hebron, settlers abduct a young man in Jerusalem

SadaNews - A young man was injured this evening, Tuesday, by Israeli occupation forces near "Sadet Al-Fahs" in the southern region of Hebron.

Local sources said that the occupation forces fired live bullets at the young man, Kamal Ahmad Abu Turki, a resident of the area, while he was riding his electric bike, surprising him with the soldiers stationed there.

The teams of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, who evacuated him due to a bullet wound to the shoulder, described his injuries as moderate.

Meanwhile, settlers abducted a citizen from the Bedouin Ma'azi gathering east of the town of Jab'a, northeast of Jerusalem, and assaulted others, raiding houses within the gathering.

The Baidar rights organization reported that settlers attacked the gathering and abducted citizen Ahmad Ar'arara, raiding several homes and taking photographs, which caused fear and panic among the residents.

According to Baidar, the citizens in the gathering considered this attack to be part of a policy of ongoing restriction and pressure on them, as it comes within a campaign targeting Bedouin gatherings in the area.

The West Bank in general, and the areas northeast of Jerusalem in particular, especially the Bedouin gatherings surrounding the town of Jab'a, are witnessing an escalation in settler attacks amid ongoing settlement expansion and increasing pressures on the Palestinian citizens.
