He emphasized the importance of ensuring the continuity of essential internet services.
The authorities blocked mobile internet in Moscow for nearly three weeks last month and have been repeatedly blocking it in other areas, attributing this to the potential for Ukrainian drones to exploit it to carry out attacks.
