Fuel prices in Israel to rise starting next month

SadaNews - Fuel prices in Israel will rise starting at dawn tomorrow, Monday, according to an announcement made by the Israeli Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure today, Sunday.

In detail, the Fuel and Gas Administration of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure in Israel announced that after midnight between Sunday and Monday (November 30 - December 1, 2025), the prices of monitored fuel products sold to consumers at gas stations will be updated.

According to the new update, the maximum price for one liter of unleaded 95 octane gasoline for consumers at self-service stations (including VAT) will not exceed 7.11 shekels per liter, an increase of 4 agorot from the previous update. An additional full-service fee of 25 agorot per liter (including VAT) will be charged, unchanged from the previous update.

In the city of Eilat, the maximum price for one liter of unleaded 95 octane gasoline for consumers at self-service stations (excluding VAT) will not exceed 6.03 shekels per liter, an increase of 3 agorot from the previous update. An additional full-service fee of 21 agorot (excluding VAT) will be added, unchanged from the previous update.

The Fuel and Gas Administration encouraged consumers to compare prices between gas stations to take advantage of price differences.

The Fuel Administration of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure publishes the price of 95 octane gasoline for the following month at the end of each month.

The price of gasoline at gas stations is based on the average fuel prices in the Mediterranean region during the five days preceding the last two working days of each month.

The price includes a basket of marketing expenses, excise tax, and value-added tax.
