The Death Toll in Gaza Rises to 72,740
SadaNews - The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced today, Monday, that the death toll from the Israeli occupation's aggression on the sector has risen to 72,740 martyrs and 172,192 injuries since the start of the aggression on October 7, 2023.
It reported that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received 3 new martyrs and 16 injuries in the past twenty-four hours.
It also indicated that the total number of martyrs since the ceasefire on October 11 has risen to 854, and the total number of injuries to 2,453, while 770 bodies have been retrieved.
It clarified that several victims remain under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and rescue crews have been unable to reach them until now.
