Injuries and Arrests in the West Bank
SadaNews - Israeli occupation forces arrested two young men today, Tuesday, from the town of Aqaba, north of Tubas.
The director of the Prisoners' Club in Tubas, Kamal Bani Ouda, stated that the occupation arrested the two young men, Sadiq Muhammad Al-Masri (34 years old) and Mousa Adel Al-Shaweesh, after summoning them for interrogation at the Salem military camp.
Another force also arrested citizens and detained others at the entrance to the village of Khursa, west of Hebron.
Local sources reported that the occupation forces, which set up a military checkpoint at the entrance of the village, stopped several vehicles, checked citizens' IDs, searched their mobile phones, and arrested a number of citizens without knowing their identities, while detaining others and interrogating them on site.
Meanwhile, a citizen and his son were seriously injured and bruised as a result of an attack by settlers south of Hebron.
Eyewitnesses reported that a group of settlers attacked the homes of citizens in the Shweika area in the southern part of the town of Al-Dhahiriya, assaulting the citizen Ahmad Othman Al-Sammara and his son Yusuf with batons and rifle butts, which led to them sustaining serious injuries.
This area is continuously subjected to attacks by settlers, resulting in the destruction of crops and irrigation networks.
