The newspaper indicated that this weapon has caused unprecedented losses, yet the military has not been able to find an effective solution to it so far.

The newspaper quoted the head of the detection branch in the Ground Technology Division as saying: "We are taking advantage of the ceasefire and the decrease in combat intensity to accelerate and intensify efforts to identify the appropriate tools and test them in the field."
