Ministry of Health in Gaza Records 4 Deaths Due to Famine and Malnutrition in the Last 24 Hours
SadaNews - The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced the registration of 4 new deaths in the last 24 hours due to famine and malnutrition, raising the total number of malnutrition-related deaths to 440, including 147 children.
Since the IPC declared famine in Gaza, there have been 162 recorded deaths, including 32 children.
In the same context, medical sources in the area announced that the toll of the occupation's aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 65,283 martyrs and 166,575 injured since October 7, 2023.
The same sources clarified that 75 martyrs and 304 injuries arrived at the hospitals in the Gaza Strip in the past 24 hours.
They also indicated that a number of victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, as rescue and civil defense teams have been unable to reach them so far.
Meanwhile, the number of those who reached hospitals in the last 24 hours as victims of the humanitarian response is 5 martyrs and 24 injuries, raising the total number of livelihoods martyrs who reached hospitals to 2,523 and more than 18,473 injuries.
