בנק פלסטין ועמותת עטא פלסטין מחלקים מנות איפתור למשפחות נפגעות בעזה במסגרת הקמפיין "ראמדאן אוגד אותנו באהבה ובנתינה"

סאדא ניוז - במראה שממחיש את רוח הסולידריות האנושית שפורחת בחודש רמדאן הקדוש, העניק בנק פלסטין את תמיכתו ליוזמה אנושית שביצעה עמותת עטא פלסטין הפילנתרופית בהDistribution of hot iftar meals to displaced and affected families in the Gaza Strip, as part of the "Ramadan brings us together with love and giving" campaign, in a step aimed at alleviating the severity of the harsh living conditions faced by families in the sector.

The initiative was implemented during the second week of the holy month, where the meals were delivered to families in several areas that include concentrations of displaced persons and the most needy families, among them areas west of Gaza City and its center, in addition to the displacement camps in the Ma'awasi area of Khan Younis, and the Orphans' Home camp in the central region. The field working teams were keen to deliver the meals to families facing increasing difficulties in securing their daily food needs, in light of the escalating humanitarian challenges.

This initiative was not limited to providing ready iftar meals alone, but also formed a message of human solidarity with many families living in exceptional circumstances, as it contributed to bringing a sense of reassurance and joy into the homes of the affected, in light of a difficult reality posing daily challenges to families. This initiative also reflected the profound meanings of Ramadan as a season of compassion and social solidarity, and an opportunity to enhance the values of giving and responsibility towards the most vulnerable segments of society.

This initiative comes in continuation of a series of humanitarian interventions carried out by Bank of Palestine during the month of Ramadan in various areas of the West Bank and Gaza Strip, which came as part of the continuous commitment of Bank of Palestine to its developmental and humanitarian role, and its keenness to expand its community interventions in partnership with civil society institutions, contributing to strengthening the resilience of Palestinian families and supporting their ability to face challenges, especially in areas suffering from complex humanitarian conditions such as the Gaza Strip.

For its part, the charitable organization Atat Palestine expressed its deep appreciation for the support provided by Bank of Palestine to succeed this initiative, emphasizing that this contribution had a tangible impact in assisting affected families and alleviating their suffering during the holy month, and it also contributed to enhancing the spirit of community solidarity and reviving the values of participation and giving that characterize Palestinian society.
